Returns Policy

All products are final sale unless otherwise noted due to the nature of these used for sanitization and disinfection purposes. Item which arrive damaged or defective will be replaced if notified within 48 hours of delivery. Other returns of unopened items will be assessed on a case by case basis for return eligibility. Shipping must be paid by the customers. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Free Pickup

Orders placed in New Jersey are available for pickup at our warehouse located in Matawan. You have the option of choosing pickup to save on shipping charges.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. You can choose from ground, second day or expedited depending on where you need it shipped to.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


White Glove Delivery & Setup

We offer personal white glove delivery and setup of some products within a 60 mile radius of our office. These include but not limited to rentals such as negative air flow machines, drying fans and  other related machinery.
